This Class is for 1,2, & 3. trimester pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is designed exclusively for pregnant women. Prenatal yoga can help moms-to-be emotionally and physically. Prenatal yoga posture focuses on pelvic floor work, breathing, and helps mothers prepare for labor and delivery; prenatal yoga will also help and improves bonding between the mothers and the baby.
