In this 90 minutes Power Vinyasa class we will synchronize our movement with our breathing.
It is not a ‘not stop flowing’ class, we will begin in a slow flow and hold - to still get the benefit of those poses - then continue to flow one move one breath.
This energizing class is very good to improve your joints mobility and muscle strength / stretch.
