Mindful Yoga Flow is a Hatha base similar to Vinyasa Flow in that we are linking movement with breath in fluid sequences.
However, there is more emphasis on awareness (mindfulness) and more time at the start and end of the class to check in with ourselves. Also: the speed at which we move is often slower than Vinyasa Flow classes.
This class may also suit those who have been taking a beginner’s yoga class for a while and who are looking for more challenge.
