Hyrox Fitness Racing is becoming a global craze for everyday athletes who want to compete and want something to train for. The race consists of 8 x 1km runs, with each run followed by an exercise (Rowing, Ski-Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Lunges, Wall Balls, Farmers Carry).
