Vinyasa yoga is style of yoga that link movement with breathe. It encourage self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga described as “freestyle Ashtanga yoga” because it has not fixed system of movement.

the teacher is good! but they turn the heater on when the class is about to start. so i think the class is not hot enough for practice. but overall the class was good.
