It's my very first Yoga experience with a Balinese Instructur. Highly impressive. Wanna have the regular class if any. Still can't believe I did a HEADSTAND on meeting 1 despite my back ache! I have vertigo but I felt no dizziness nor muscle strains on my upper arms. Melly is the best! Thanks alot
