This class is the perfect class for all mom to be throughout all 3 trimesters. In this prenatal practice, we focus on breathing and lengthening in a way that keeps mum & babe as comfortable and spacious as possible. We make mindful, slow, soft movements that lengthen the torso, release any physical and mental tensions, and improve overall wellbeing.
