Acroyoga is style of yoga that has three elements which are yoga, acrobatic, and Thai massages. It's a form of partner yoga and helps to develop compassionate verbal communication and trust with your partner. There are 3 base roles in this exercise: Base (the person on contact with ground), Flyer (the person who lifted off of ground), and Spotter (the person entrusted to watch the base and flyer).
