Workout At Home
Ballet class with short barre and center work, age appropriate stretches, basic positions of the legs and arms. Balance, hopping, skipping, jumping, galloping – basic locomotor movements. Students will learn ballet fundamentals and terminology while developing strength, confidence, balance, and flexibility.
