Strongbee is owned and operated by PT Strongbee Bakti Indonesia and / or its affiliates (“STRONGBEE,” “Company,” and “We”, “Us”, and “Our). Strongbee that located at Level 2, Jalan Wijaya 1 No. 73, Jakarta 12170 will be the controller of all types of personally identifiable information (“Personal Data / Personal Information”) than you give, collected by or for, or processed in connection with the services provided by Strongbee through applications, websites and other online services (“Service”).
In order to maintain and respect any information related to identity, activities and all forms of communication with you as a user and / or service provider, we hereby make this Privacy Policy for Strongbee users.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process and protect the Personal Data that you can provide in connection with the available Services. The Service provider is a controller of such information in their own right and Strongbee does not accept any responsibility for any Service provider’s use of such information.

Your data controller is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your Personal Information in accordance with its privacy standards as well as any applicable national laws. Your data controller may transfer data to other members of Strongbee as described in this Privacy Policy. Strongbee may process and retain your Personal Information on its servers in {Singapore] where its data centers are located, and/or on the servers of its third parties (in or outside India), having contractual relationships with Strongbee.

Strongbee collect information from and about you as an user Services in a number of ways, amongs others are :

Collection of information is done when you use Strongbee Services. The intended use include but not limited to account registration; communicate with us; make, accept or cancel bookings; also leaves ratings and comments for a Service provider.

Information related to usage details, IP address and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies, about the device that you use to access the Service (including but not limited to computer devices and mobile devices);

Any Information you provide through our Services, include but not limited to in terms of booking Service, your reviews and comments;

Information about your activity in using of the Services include information related to your message If you exchange messages with others through the Services. In this case we may store them in order to process and deliver them, and investigate possible violations of our Terms of Service and wrongdoing in connection with the Services;
Information and file stored on your device. For example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information;
Information about your location that is known from your device using GPS technology (“Location Data”). Some of our Services will require your Personal Data so that the features works and we can associate Location Data with your device ID and other information we have about you. This is to assist you in making reservations. In this case, we will ask for your approval before collecting the Location Data. You may reject/withdraw such consent at any time by disabling the App’s access to your location using the settings within your device or the App. If you do not give consent or withdraw it and you will still be able to use the App by manually identifying your location;
Information related to your device, both online and offline status, unique device identifier (e.g. IDFA or other device IDs on Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad), IP address or other unique identifier for the device you use to access the websites and applications of the Services;
Information about using application in your device such as time zone and language, this will help us understand you and your preferences better and enable Strongbee to provide you with a personalized experience.
INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTY
We can collect, process and store your user ID associated with any social media account (such as your Facebook and Google account) that you use to sign into the Services or connect with or use with the Services. The need for use of third party services on the Strongbee website and/or application which include but not limited to the process of payment and/or credit card transactions, website hosting, service provision and data analysis;

PAYMENT INFORMATION
In making payments for Services, we will ask you to provide payment information, include but not limited to credit card number, expiry date and CVV number. This information is collected directly by us or our third party payment processor, which uses such information to process payment from you.
For Service providers, we will ask you for your bank account details so that we can make payments to you in respect of bookings you have attended.
SHARE / DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECTED
We may share your Personal Information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries. We or any of the parties with whom we share information about you may transfer information about you to, and store it at, a destination outside Indonesia. We can also share your information with third parties who are officially involved to assist Strongbee in developing Services in certain circumstances, including third parties to process payments and Service providers. Please note that when we share your information with these third parties, they will become controllers of that information, and we are not responsible for the use of that information (although we take steps to ensure that Service providers maintain high standards for data protection).
When you make a booking and if there is complaint of the booking, we will share information about you with the relevant Service provider so that the requested Service of Service provider can be provided, including your name, gender, your mobile telephone number, details Service of the Service provider you have requested, the appointment time, the location where the booking will take place, any information which is available as part of your profile;
If you are a Service provider, we will share information about you with users including your full name, gender, any information available on your profile within the App and your photograph. We will also share your mobile telephone number to any user who makes a booking with you.
In certain conditions, Strongbee may disclose your Personal Data when needed in legal proceedings, such as but not limited to claims, calls to witnesses, court proceedings, legal applications from law enforcement officers/other government authorities, or as far as necessary to comply applicable law;
If you are a Service provider we may share with the User who has made the complaint any information we hold about you which we consider to be relevant to the complaint;
We can share the ratings and/or comments that you provide to Service providers, and vice versa. In this case, third parties (including users and other Service providers) can also view and use every submission you send to us. But we cannot control how third parties may use ratings, comments, feedback, scores and/or submissions. This Privacy and Cookies Policy does not apply to such third party use. Therefore, please ensure that your ratings, comments, submissions, feedback and scores (as applicable) do not contain any information that you do not want to be seen by the relevant third parties;

DATA RETENTION
