Strongbee is owned and operated by PT Strongbee Bakti Indonesia and / or its affiliates (“STRONGBEE,” “Company,” and “We”, “Us”, and “Our). Strongbee that located at Level 2, Jalan Wijaya 1 No. 73, Jakarta 12170 will be the controller of all types of personally identifiable information (“Personal Data / Personal Information”) than you give, collected by or for, or processed in connection with the services provided by Strongbee through applications, websites and other online services (“Service”).

In order to maintain and respect any information related to identity, activities and all forms of communication with you as a user and / or service provider, we hereby make this Privacy Policy for Strongbee users.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process and protect the Personal Data that you can provide in connection with the available Services. That Private Data applies only to the information Strongbee collects through its Services, include but not limited to the information in email, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with its Services.

• Websites belonging to third parties that can connect with the Service (for example, websites that advertise Strongbee Services). Strongbee does not accept any responsibility for such that websites’ privacy policies or for any personal data that may be collected through such websites or services;
• Information that you choose to provide directly to a Service provider, such as information in relation to your health and fitness that you provide during a booking. The Service provider is a controller of such information in their own right and Strongbee does not accept any responsibility for any Service provider’s use of such information.

Related to this matter, Strongbee ask you to consult directly with the third party. Please check the privacy policies of third party websites before you submit any Personal Data to such websites.

Your data controller is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your Personal Information in accordance with its privacy standards as well as any applicable national laws. Your data controller may transfer data to other members of Strongbee as described in this Privacy Policy. Strongbee may process and retain your Personal Information on its servers in Singapore where its data centers are located, and/or on the servers of its third parties (in or outside India), having contractual relationships with Strongbee.

This Privacy Policy is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. In the event of a change in the applicable laws and regulations related to this Privacy Policy, we can make revisions if deemed necessary and mandatory. INFORMATION COLLECTED

Strongbee collect information from and about you as an user Services in a number of ways, amongs others are :

• When you provide it to us directly;
• Automatically as you navigate through our Services, including if you use the Service without registering or entering.

Collection of information is done when you use Strongbee Services. The intended use include but not limited to account registration; communicate with us; make, accept or cancel bookings; also leaves ratings and comments for a Service provider.

The information in question, covering :

• Information about your personal, include but not limited to name, gender, age, address, telephone number, email address;
• Information related to usage details, IP address and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies, about the device that you use to access the Service (including but not limited to computer devices and mobile devices);
• Information in connection with credentials you use related to third party service such as Gmail/Facebook if you choose to register for the Strongbee account using such credentials;
• Information about your internet connection, the setting and equipment you use to access our Services and your usage details include but not limited to the URL of the last web page you visited before visiting our website;
• Any information you may provide with your account in Strongbee;
• Any Information you provide through our Services, include but not limited to in terms of booking Service, your reviews and comments;
• Any information you provide related to communications between you and other users or merchants through our Services;
• Information about your activity in using of the Services include information related to your message If you exchange messages with others through the Services. In this case we may store them in order to process and deliver them, and investigate possible violations of our Terms of Service and wrongdoing in connection with the Services;
• Information and file stored on your device. For example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information;
• Information about your location that is known from your device using GPS technology (“Location Data”). Some of our Services will require your Personal Data so that the features works and we can associate Location Data with your device ID and other information we have about you. This is to assist you in making reservations. In this case, we will ask for your approval before collecting the Location Data. You may reject/withdraw such consent at any time by disabling the App’s access to your location using the settings within your device or the App. If you do not give consent or withdraw it and you will still be able to access our Services but you may not be able to use such services as intended;

• Information from surveys that we may, from time to time, run on the Services for research purposes, if you choose to respond to or participate in them;
• Information from which you make a reservation or transaction through our Services. You may provide certain information to complete your transaction through our Services. Such information may include but is not limited to a debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes and other such information (“Financial Information”). This Financial Information is collected and processed by payment gateways and payment processors with which we work. You agree that all Financial Information you provide will be accurate, complete and current.
