In July 2020 I finished my 200-hours teacher training from Harmony Yoga School and have been teaching online all-level yoga classes. I also followed some TCM online lectures with Ronan Tang. I also took the certification of a 30-hours Ayurveda online course with Steph Ball-Mitchell. I also took the 4.5-hours Meditation Coach & Facilitator certification.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement.
Meditation is state of pure consciousness. Breathing is the easiest way to begin meditation. The goal is to go to beyond mind and experience essential nature, which mostly described as peace. Usually in class students are led by teacher to do meditation - sitting or other variety of meditation such as standing or walking.
