Yoga began as a physical practice for Sarita but soon evolved into a ritual of self-growth, helping her practice strength, compassion, and balance. In 2024, she completed 200-hour YTT at Dini Yoga as a way to give back to the community and share her love for the 8 limbs of yoga. Her classes are gentle and beginner-friendly.
Yoga is a wellness activity that widely practiced for health and relaxation that includes breath control, simple meditation, and adoption of specific bodily postures.
