Prenatal Yoga is a yoga practice specifically designed for pregnant people. It helps with common pregnancy aches and pains, eases the mental and emotional concerns of pregnant women, and helps prepare the body for birth and postpartum recovery. Prenatal yoga focuses on gentle stretching and strengthening, mental centering, and developing greater awareness of the breath.

It's a form of partner yoga and helps to develop compassionate verbal communication and trust with your partner. FlyHighYoga is an aerial yoga style rooted in the training and traditions of yoga practice.  It is a valuable practice that combined with the use of the FlyHighYoga belt can help people improve their yoga skills in a supported and safe way.

Aerial hoop requires a combination of strength, flexibility, and grace. Participants use their upper body strength to hold onto the hoop and perform tricks while suspended in the air. They can manoeuvre themselves in and out of the hoop, creating visually captivating movements and shapes.

Aerial Yoga is an ongoing class that uses the aerial hammock to move through yoga and other poses. These classes include elements of stretching, strengthening, balance and inversions. All of our aerial yoga classes are mixed level and appropriate for beginners and all levels.

Style of yoga that links movement with breathing. It encourages self reflection and mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga sometimes is described as freestyle Ashtanga yoga because it has no fixed system of movement. 

Prenatal yoga is designed exclusively for pregnant women. Prenatal yoga can help moms-to-be emotionally and physically. Prenatal yoga posture focuses on pelvic floor work, breathing, and helps mothers prepare for labor and delivery; prenatal yoga will also help and improves bonding between the mothers and the baby.
