Practicing yoga will allow teens to be more in-tuned with their own bodies. They will learn the subtleties of how they move, what it feels like to move in space, where sensations arise in their bodies, and more. Agility, flexibility, strength, and greater mobility are, of course, benefits of the yoga practice which they can use in sports and in everyday life.
