How do customers find and book a class?
Users will book a class/workshop through the STRONGBEE app. Just make sure that your class information is correct and updated. We will occasionally send out Push Notifications that let users know the latest updates and events.
How do I manage bookings that I get from STRONGBEE?
Partners will be given access to a dashboard that can be used to manage classes and bookings.
What are the promotional assets that I can get if I choose the Exclusive Package?
Our creative team will create posters, flyers, banners, as well as social media contents that fits the theme of your event. We will also send out Push Notifications and include your event in the newsletter. Please be sure to give us high quality images that our team can process easily.
What do you mean by KOL/Influencer attendance and promotion?
STRONGBEE is connected to influencers in the field of fitness, health, and wellness. In almost every of our activities, we try to invite our fellow influencers to help create buzz around the event.
Is the commission rate negotiable?
The commission rate is negotiable. However, each package has a minimum rate. Please also note that you cannot change the commission rate once you finish the negotiation process.
