Cancellation Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time

• If a customer cancels more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class, the payment will be refunded 100% in the form of Strongbee Credit.
• Credit can be used to book other classes available on the Strongbee platform.

2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time

• If a customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, a penalty fee will be applied in accordance with the settings determined by the system.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for the portion charged as penalty.
